About Us

HealthSource Medical Clinic is a patient-centered family medicine practice which focuses on managing patient’s health issues in a compassionate, timely, and efficient manner. The clinic offers various medical services, including:

    • Annual physical examinations
    • Patient counselling
    • On-site blood work
    • Referrals to other medical specialties and follow-up
    • Pre-natal and post-natal care
    • Geriatric care

    • Vaccinations
    • Day-to-day medical care
    • Telephone follow-up advice

    The clinic is a a Family Health Organization (FHO) and patients registered are members of the HealthSource FHO.  In order to benefit as a member and to utilize the extensive after-hours program, patients must be registered.  Registered patients that use walk-in clinics may become excluded from the privilege of the after-hours program.

    NOTE: We are NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC and only patients registered with the clinic may book appointments. If you are a registered patient we offer same day urgent care hours where you can walk in to access care (Mondays to Thursdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 11 – 1 pm) or you can call/text our office and we can also try to see you during the day during our daytime urgent care hours which vary by physician.

    If you’re interested in becoming a member of the HealthSource FHO you can register to be a patient by filling in the new patient form .

    In addition to medical services, the clinic offers co-ordinated care with Chiropractic treatments including:
