**Please be advised that the eligibility for testing at the assessment centres’ is often limited and appointments are often required.  It is therefore strongly recommended that you if you are considering to going, check their specific website and/or book an appointment.

Telemedicine

  • Avocare – A free patient portal for patients to securely message the front desk, or for your Doctor to share test results or an update on their availability with you.
  • OTN Videoconferencing Patient information- Your E-Visit Appointment for additional information. You also may be asked to download the Pexip Infinity Connect app on your smart phone.
  • HealthSource Medical after-hours urgent doctor-on-call telephone line: 416-536-6686 (Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm & Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm)

Beacon 2.0 Depression Services – list of internet-based resources for depression that are based on CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) principles, including MoodGYM
Canadian Mental Health Association – resources on mental health including information on how to find help
ConnexOntario – free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness, or gambling
Drug and Alcohol Helpline – provides information about drug and alcohol addiction services in Ontario
Gerstein Crisis Centre – a 24-hour community based mental health crisis service
Mental Health Helpline – provides information about mental health services in Ontario
Ontario Psychological Association Referral Service – a searchable database of registered psychologists for a variety of counselling needs
Psychology Today– a searchable database of registered psychologists for a variety of counselling needs
